Wet n Wild Mini

Hey everyone! Today I'm showing you one of my favorite pinks. I got it in a Wet n Wild set that had 10 mini bottles in it. However, they were all unnamed.

This pink is gorgeous and very flattering. In the picture, it looks really bland and boring, but in real life, it's a bright metallic pink. I hate pink, but I actually like this color.

Zoya Chelsea...again, with a twist. =]

Hey everyone, today I'm showing you Zoya Chelsea...again. However, this time, I decided to make it into a funky french.

All of the pictures I've taken of Chelsea don't show it's true color or finish. It looks almost like a jelly in the pictures, but it's actually a very bright red metallic. My dad hates it because he says it's too bold and "reminds him of blood." XD, however, I like it a ton, and that's why I'm wearing it again. =]

Wet n Wild: Caribbean Frost

Hey everyone! At Ocean City, we went to this pharmacy called Happy Harry's Discount Drugs to buy milk...and I ended up buying these two Wet n Wild nail polishes. One of them was Caribbean Frost and the other was Kaleidoscope. Today, I'm showing you Caribbean Frost.

Caribbean Frost is a gorgeous blue-green, but more green. It's a metallic, which I love and applies very nicely. This was two coats. I really like this color, and you bet I'll be wearing it a ton! =]

Noteworthy Polishes

Hey everyone! Today, I have some random polishes to show you. My 10 year old sister just got back from a birthday party, and in her goody bag, nail polish! I'm guessing that it's a dollar store brand, because in the back is says $1.00 in it. So, I was a bit worried about the quality of the formula and the chemicals, but it is Big Three Free.

It doesn't say what brand the polishes are, but it says, manufactured for Noteworthy, so I'm going to call them Noteworthy polishes. There were three in the pack, and the colors are all very pretty. But, they DON'T HAVE NAMES!

This is a shimmery gold polish. It has a slight crystal-y finish that I love. It was slightly thick, but it wasn't hard to apply. I used three coats here, and I think with an extra coat, you could make it completely opaque. This is a beautiful color, but it completely clashes with my skin tone. *sigh* I just can't pull off yellows of golds.

This is a metallic purple. I really like this color, because it's this gorgeous purple! In real life, it's slightly darker. The lighting just washes the color out.

This is a crystal packed dark pink. In this picture, it looks like a jelly-ish bright pink, but that's only because of the lighting. It's actually closer to the color of the three polishes in the box, (above). This is my favorite, because I love any crystal packed polishes.

Zoya Chelsea

Hey everyone! Today, I have Zoya Chelsea to show you. Zoya Chelsea is from the Uptown Collection.

Zoya Chelsea is this bright metallic red. In a way, it's almost like neon red? If that's possible. It's just very bright. =] Brush strokes weren't a problem and I used two coats. Love the color! It's not a very good pedi shade, though, because it's so bright and it makes my toes like alien-ish...

Okay, anyways, here is the gorgeous Zoya Chelsea:

Claire's Nail Polish

Hey everyone! Today I have a Claire's nail polish to show you guys. Thanks Davis! ;]

This nail polish is different. It doesn't have a name on the bottle, and on top of the brush, there's this section filled with glitter which you sprinkle on the nails afterwards. I was a bit hesitant to use the glitter, knowing that in my clumsiness I might just accidentally spill the entire bottle. However, after trying it, I was happy to say that it was very easy to use.

I was tempted to just pour the glitter into the nail polish, because isn't that the same thing as just pouring it onto your nails afterwards? However, the nail polish bottle didn't have those metal mixing balls, so I didn't want to create a giant mess with all the glitter. So, I just used the glitter in the way they suggested it. =]

Okay, this unnamed Claire's polish is this light metallic green. It's a really pretty color. In a way, it looks almost pastel-ish. I used two coats, and I could have done three, but I had to eat lunch. Overall, it's an AMAZING hue of green and I'll be wearing it a ton. ;]. By the way, can you tell that I glittered my ring finger?

My Own Franken: Pink Frosting

Hey everyone! Recently, I posted about Frankening and now I have a franken of my own to show you guys. =]

It first started out as According to Jane from Earth 2 Jane (left). I didn't really like it too much because it almost blended in with my skin tone. Then, I saw Essie Ball-Timore and I really wanted a color similar to that. So, Pink Frosting was created (right). As you can see, I didn't really change it that much, but it made a BIG difference and no longer blends in with my skin tone.

Pink Frosting is a metallic-y medium pink. It's a flattering color and I think it will be an awesome manicure color for when I'm feeling in the pink mood. =]

My Sister's Manicure: Zoya Midori

Hey everyone! Well, the Zoya nail polish came! I am so pleased with the colors and the quality. Zoya is one of my new favorites!

Okay, so I recieved tbe polishes last Thursday and I totally spazzed. I danced around the room shouting, you can ask my sister. That's beside the point. Anyways, I had my nails done on Saturday and it would be a waste to paint them if I'm only going to wear them for two days. So, my sister wanted me to paint her nails so I did.

Here's Zoya Midori from the Ooh-La-La Collection. It's a light green with shimmers of gold. I'm in love with the color and I can't wait to try it on my own nails!

My Manicure!

Well, graduation was yesterday, and I got my manicure done on Saturday. Sorry for the lack of posts, but middle school is finally over! Ahhhhhh, so many tears.

Okay, I chose a pretty light pink color so it wouldn't draw attention away from my dress. The design is so cool and Sonali says it looks like a firecracker...or maybe she's just weird like that. just kidding, just kidding. <3 After, my manicurist put this layer of sheer silver polish to top it all off. The final result was very girly and pretty.

Earth2Jane: It's a Girl Thing

Hey everyone! =] It's Nail Polish Wednesday! (Even though it's not Wednesday) Basically, I paint my nails every Wednesday, because that's practically the only day where I'm not busy. But, I procrastinate and don't post the pictures until a few days later... or a lot later. Anyways, the first Nail Polish Wednesday can be seen on Randomness the Blog.

This week I'm wearing nail polish that I randomly found in the bathroom cabinet while I was trying to find an elastic for my hair, because all of them mysteriously disappeared. I'm not sure where I got it from, but it's Big Three Free which is a definite requirement, being that I don't want to get cancer.

Anyways, it's called It's A Girl Thing by Earth 2 Jane. Can you tell that the pictures are much clearer and less blurry? Well, I'm using my dad's camera, which is SO much better. =] The pictures are taken in artificial light, since it's currently night, and I have on Nicole by Opi Top Coat Plus.

It's A Girl Thing is a light pretty purple almost pink color. It's metallic and shimmery, which I love. This is definitely a soft and girly spring shade. It almost can be described as delicate, in a way. The only downside was that it was very sheer and I used three coats, but I could have used even one more. It also took a long time to dry, but that might have been because of the many coats I used.

It reminded me of the color of my room, and I was right. It is almost the exact shade. =]
